Frequently Asked Questions

How does custom tailoring work?

Save a compatible measurement profile and choose Tailor This Outfit on an eligible product. Your measurements are snapshotted at checkout for production.

When is an order confirmed?

Payment state is confirmed by the server after the payment provider webhook is verified.

Can I edit measurements after ordering?

You can edit your saved profile for future orders, but an existing order keeps its immutable checkout snapshot.
